Well I dug into the 7910 . I’ll try rebuilding the carb if not I’ll just replace but I found several other items that need to be replaced . The manifold boot is cracked and brittle as are all the rubber lines . Never seen ethanol so not sure why .

Any one know a good place to get the kit/carb and the boot ? IMG_9601.jpegIMG_9600.jpegIMG_9599.jpeg

That saw is relatively new, isn't it? Surprising that all the rubber is brittle. I personally would go to the Echo dealer. As far as online I'd try HL Supply. I've been happy with them.

I’m looking for recommendations for tool chest liners. I prefer the mat type vs the “Fench Fit” type for things like combo wrenches, screw drivers, ratchet handles, breaker bars, etc. I’ve got decent socket storage but none of the mats I’ve tried have worked very well: Either the entire mat slid in the drawer or the tools slid on the mats. Suggestions??

This is my Dolmar saw not the Echo I bought last year . Think I’ve had it 7 or 8 years . I called a dealer that was a Dolmar dealer he may have a boot in stock

I just used shelf liners like for kitchen drawers. Nothing slides around. And I found red to match the crapsman toolboxes. Some of the more discerning mechanics :innocent: here may have a better suggestion.

Don't mind the black, it's just dried blood. Snapped the pic before they ckesned it up. Noth the Dr's were very happy with how it looked. Had a hot little blonde thing look at it before the main Dr came in. Daily bandage changes, and I'm allowed to get it wet in the shower and let the bandage off before bed. Warned me about smacking it off of stuff at work, but other then that should be good to go. One more appointment in 10 days, since I was having trouble bending it at the first joint back from my nail. Have some exercises to do to my finger now lol.

What’s up everyone. Been MIA for a bit trying to figure out how to be a dad for the past month!

How’s everyone’s wood pile holding out now that winter arrived? I sure am chewing through it trying to keep this old place warm

I think this spring i need to finish closing in the eves and reinsulate the attic.

So what is the back story? I don’t want to do it…

Have any of you folks ever used one of these barrel band type swivel attachments? Gonna put one on the o/u Stevens if they work alright. Just been using a small loop of paracord tied on there now, to hang the sling.

I've got one on my Model 94 (Buffalo Bill Commemorative with 26" Octagon barrel). No problems so far.
