Can 441 arctic come half wrap?

Does the 441 arctic version come in a half wrap configuration?

Is there an intermediate arctic version that has handlebar heaters but not electric carb heater?

I like the idea of the heated handles for my mitts, but have no need for the extra complexity of a heated carb. If it's that cold I work in the shop.

I'm not we can get an Arctic 441 out West... I checked today at Stihl NW and they said - little to no demand... They just stock the 460 Arctic, and sell a handlful a year. "Maybe next year" was the answer I got.
