can anyone identify this monster?

A friend of mine brought this to me, it has a 25" bar and looks to be made to be attached to some type of machine - anybody know what it is? I don't see any markings on it, the chain was rusted so I loosened it up and it seems to turn just fine. Thanks, Matt

I don't know who all made them... or when... but several different outfits made chainsaws to be run off tractor pto's, starting in about 1949... Graveley was one...

Looks like it goes on a Graveley tractor. If you decide you don't want it and would like to find it a new home, keep me in mind!
