Can anyone tell what this cylider fits?

I was given this cylinder yesterday and have no idea what it fits.

The markings are STIHL 4224 B 2/4 435/1 on one side.

And STIHL OILARDONI on the other side.

Bore is 56mm and there is a decompression valve.

TS700... The two outside ports are for the stratocharging reeds.
