Where did you get that kit? It should have 1 main control diaphragm (the one with the metal disc) and 3 pump diaphragms, a soft rubbery one that produces max flow, an amber one (teflon) that produces a little less fuel and a stiff plastic one (acetate) that is the worst one for fuel flow. You may need the softest one. What kind of pump diaphragm was in the carb when you rebuilt it and how was the saw running before you started to work on it?
