carlton 2400-4 stump grinder with onan engine

hi all,
just wondering if any one had the above mentioned machines owners manual on line .
Also i and trying to replace the cylinder head at the back of the machine(the one closest to the cutting head) does anyone know how to get the shield in front of it off, im kind of stumped (no pun intended)
