Carlton 4400D

My Dad has decided to purchase a Tow Behind stump grinder.We looked a a 1999 Carlton 4400D today with a 44 HP Duetz Diesel on it with 502 Hrs with a wired remote for 10000.00 Good deal or no?
The machine is in very good condition and has been serviced regularly.
