Ok, looked around a few minutes but didn't see anything on the CCA pole gaffs. I'm wanting to use them for thin barked trees but are they that much better than the straight pole gaffs to merit the extra $20?
 
They look pretty much the same to me. I'm no lineman but pole gaffs have worked fine on thin barked trees for decades so I'd see no reason to switch. Doesn't look like you can go wrong either way and 20 bucks is cheeseburger money.
