i got mine from laser(cutters choice). very nice. i have had others in the past and had problems(the punch bends, breaks or mushrooms over, the anvil gets sloppy, the spinner mushrooms). do not get the hand-held type that looks like vise-grips. nothing but problems there.

I have seen 3 or 4 brands, and I have not seen any that did not work good. You should be able to by these for about $65 each. What does your local dealer say?

I put a together a good 50 chains a week. I use a stihl spinner and a bench grinder with a 1/4" wide wheel on it to grind the rivits off....
