Got a pile of chains. Looks like they are mostly good. They came with the lot of stuff I bought from a tree guy going out of business. He said he used a chain until it got dull then put it in a container, meaning to sharpen them later. I threw out all the bad ones (only a couple) and left those that looked pretty good.
Sorry for my chain ignorance, but here's what I got:
1- 81 drive teeth, with marking A1
5- 81 drive teeth, with marking 6, 325 (stihl)
2- 68 drive teeth, with marking 80
11- 44 drive teeth, with marking 3, p (stihl)
1- 52 drive teeth, with marking 1B
The last two kinds of chains both fit my little Husky 235, so the pitch is .375, gauge is .050.
A final chain is new in the box - it fit my 455 Rancher which I no longer have, so I don't need this one.
I didn't measure the others, but can do so if you like.
I have no idea of the value of all this, so shoot me an offer. Best offer takes it. Assume about $10 additional for shipping. It's all junk to me, so it'll be recycled if nobody wants it, but I wouldn't mind getting a little cash for it. That is, my wife wouldn't mind getting a little cash for it.
