Hi There, I got bad news just now. My pictures of over 700 chainsaws are now gone. I guess I will have to start over again.
It seems photopoint has gone under.

bummer john - i enjoyed many of your pics - hopefully you have backups. i thought about bringing it up here in the forums that couldn't see anything at photopoint - but thought it was a problem at my end - a little warning from them would have been nice dont you think?

Well you can refer them to the pics I have of your saws in our chainsaw collectors corner. Only 698 more pics to go. That really sucks. Hopefully you can find another place to put them. We do enjoy them.

Hi There, In fairness to other chainsaw folks and friends that I have met along the way, alot of the pictures were sent to me which I included in my albums, such as the pictures above of David Risners beautiful Mall.
I went to Darin's Collectors corner and realized I was given credit for a Mall on the picnic table, however, I have never seen this saw before, but I had a picture of an 090 on a picnic table.
Anyway things may not be as bad as they seem, I have floppy disks everywhere and I never emptied alot of folders on my other computer.
I dont understand though why they didnt give us a warning first so everyone could save their albums elsewhere. Last time I viewed my albums I had over 80,000 hits on the pictures.

I was wondering what happened w/them. I just signed up not to long ago, the charge was on my last statement. Just calledy cc co. to dispute that $20 at least I might get that back. I saved most of my disks too, but just erased a couple the other day
