for OEM tools you have to go to a dealer. For generic tools you can make do with lots of things. This has been discussed before and if you search tools you should get quite a few ideas.
Also Stihl tools technically are not supposed to be sold by the dealers. There is no MSRP for them, only dealer cost. So the prices vary significantly because dealers can charge whatever they want for them, or decline to sell them at all.
