I am looking for service tools leak down tester, digital tack, pulers, and many other such tools (baileys has some an yes probably ebay) but where do you guys get all this stuff?

for OEM tools you have to go to a dealer. For generic tools you can make do with lots of things. This has been discussed before and if you search tools you should get quite a few ideas.

Also Stihl tools technically are not supposed to be sold by the dealers. There is no MSRP for them, only dealer cost. So the prices vary significantly because dealers can charge whatever they want for them, or decline to sell them at all.

Your leak down tester can come from NAPA. Called a Mityvac tool, used for bleeding brakes etc. I do not have vast saw experience but about half the ones I have worked on can be pulled with either a generic puller such as used for automotive steering wheels and an assortment of puller bolts. The others require a special pulling tool that is model specific. I make these on my lathe but I assume they are available for purchase if need be?

I bought mine from Echo for Echo saws. Yes some tools will interchange but most of the pullers won't...Bob
