chipper manufacturer identification help needed

I am looking at getting a chipper off a guy. I don't know the brand and the number he gave me was PTA 41086. its white and has a ford 4 cylinder. it looks like an Asplundh whisper chipper maybe? chuck and duck style. he said it chips well up to about 8". when I googled those numbers, it came up this site and was a chipper pto thread.

any ideas? he sent me pics that I could text to someone that would know. if it is this chipper, are they good ones? what kind of work load will they handle?

That an old Asplundh, four cylinder Ford, early 1980's. Great chipper.
