I bought a used chipper yesterday, has a lot of minor fixes but it ran and chipped fine until (I think) we knocked some wires loose and now it won't start. I was told it is a ford straight 6 engine, maybe a ford 232 223 200, not for sure. Just wondering if anyone has a straight 6 chipper if I could get a few pics of what connects to the battery + and where the on/off toggle switch power wires go, there is a wire from the alternator to a guage (don't know what the function or name is) and another wire coming from that guage that is loose too. Just hoping to get a few pics and try to put it back together. There is a at least 2 wires I think we knocked loose, 2 more wires I'm not sure were ever connected.

Heres my advice, redo the switches and wiring. I can probably tell you everything basic you need to know. Does it have an electronic ignition? Ignition control module, cal/ rotor, ignition coil.

Thanks man, I'm good to go now. I lucked out and got some help from the owner of a service center in town. He put a new carb, intake manifold, exhaust manifold and radiator on it in exchange for taking some trees down. Needed more work than i thought.
