clearing 7 acres

hey guys i have a job clearing 7 acres for pines about 8-10inch diameter around 2500 trees. flat terrain, wondering if any one would buy for pulp wood? its near lima ohio. need cleared and ill grind the stumps. if not marketable what would be a fair price per acre to cut, chip and remove all wood and brush from site? please let me know if any one is interested in for pulp wood or if you have the means to do the clearing give me a price per acre. thanks easy access to property near major highway

Why not firewood. Green but should cure in a year. That way you could sell wood locally.

Grinding 2500 stumps? Whew, have fun with that. Our company just cleared about three acres of spruce and pine. We called about a dozen different logging outifits but no one was interested in them, so we hauled em all away ourselves. We might make a couple sheds out of them, might take a few loads to a mill west of us for no profit after gas and driver wages, but oh well.

ill lease a rayco t275 wont take long. i ran one for a guy who cleared 88 acres of pines all about 12'' at the stump i think it took about 20 -30seconds per stump

That is about 6' stump spacing.

wow !! at that measurement it counts to 8470 trees? or close to it ?? so is it a tree plantation?
43,560 sqft. x (6ft spaceing) 6x6=36 divided into 43,560= 1210 x 7 = 8470!!!!???

You'll have a hard time getting an accurate estimate if you can't be more specific. An "educated guess" is not a cruise.
