Cleveland Pare Trees

I have about 20 on my place and have noticed that parts of the trees are turning brown. What is happening? The trees have been doing so great and this happened this year and it just isn't mine as I have seen a bunch driving around that are doing the same thing. You help is needed.

What parts?branch tips? Pears are susceptible to fireblight..Not much info to form an opinion.Pics would be helpful..especially a few closeups.
