This position will work in the Anchorage and Mat Su Valley area. It is full-time, year-round.
About the Role: As a Climbing Arborist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and aesthetics of trees in both residential and commercial settings. From climbing and pruning to tree removals, your expertise will contribute to the success of our business. This position offers the chance to work in the great outdoors of Alaska.
Responsibilities:

• Safely climb and prune trees using industry-standard techniques.
• Perform tree removals with precision and attention to safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Climbing Arborist.
• ISA Tree Climber Certification or ISA Certified Arborist or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient in climbing and working at heights.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, health, and maintenance practices.
• Valid driver's license. Having a CDL is a plus!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
