JPS, I don't think you need to worry.
Some folks see things where they aren't, and if they are seeing anal sphincters everywhere they look, their minds are probably not where it should be.
When I look at that balloon, I see a flexible cone deformed on it's radius into a series of overlapping triangular folds that assume a more or less planar profile because the inner diameter has been reduced to zero. No real resemblance to any body parts.

I'm married, and I have a mirror too, so I have all the real parts available to look at that I need. Furthermore, the internet is chocked-full of images of every variety, if I was to go looking for them.
