Hello all, Not sure if this is the best place to put this, but i saw it and had to show someone!

So farmers wanted 90 degree bent trees? what for?

Looks to me like a storm blew through and laid down all the trees ... then they recovered.

Article says they were held down mechanically. Only thing I can think of is shipbuilding.
