what if i took an old tuned pipe off one of my dad's old junk yamaha dirt bikes...did some welding and made a bracket and fitted that to my old 044....would something like that work, is it that simple??? what would i have to do , if i could?? there is no beer involved..really, i'm curious and asking??...............guff

Use the info from MacDizzy to help you. My questions are as follows:
1. What have you done to the saw??
2. what size and year is the pipe??

Just a starting point.
From there you will need to get a degree wheel and spin out some # to help you with that pipe. Sounds like a good project to learn about modified saws.
