Here's a shot of Dennis Cahoon running his 500cc. It is my understanding from Ken Dunn this saw is unstopable.

well the motor you have there can't be a mid 1980's cr 125 engine because they were water cooled in the mid 1980's actually the first water cooled honda cr 125 was back in 1981 so what you have there is a 1980 and below cr 125 engine, and for the 35hp range it's not very likely unless you have this thing ported and has tons of motor work. but the newer 125 engines do produce the 35 hp that you want but the older 125s in the late 1970's didn't have that kind of hp. sorry to tell you this and i'm not trying to be a a**hole but just giving you a heads up if someone tried ripping you off by selling you an engine that isn't in the mid 1980's

oh, sorry about that, any modified saw is cool. when are you going to post the pics? looking forwart to checking it out

Doing competition cuts it probably wouldnt need to pump any water around, providing that its only going for a short amount of time, Just the glycol in the jacket might be enough to keep it from overheating, I have a 90degree 250cc V twin engine that was putting out 65hp, bet that would cut!
