Cutting and Splitting dead Read Oak

Looks good Jere, Great pictures. Makes me want to get out in the woods. I leave my oak stumps a little long for a year or two and then cut them flush. Seems like the mushrooms will pop up around the cut oaks for a year or two so it's like a bonus for us.

i usually cut about a foot off the ground being a little taller than most people it helps a lot. these video make me want to go out and cut a few.
