Cylinder options on 245RX clearingsaw

I have a 245RX clearing saw with a bad cylinder/piston that needs replacement. Anyone know if other cylinders could fit, other than the oem 42mm clamshell jug? Maybe a riser from a husq. 350 and cylinder from 250/252rx or Jonsered 490/590?

Unless you want to do a lot of modifications those won't work, you can go oem for way to much money or go aftermarket.
