3120's powerhead is around 20 lbs and has a manual oiler.

You've got 95 cc's with your curent saws, port an old one out and you'll be doing fine

did you buy that from the used equip forum a few months back? i still kick myself for missing that saw. i'm a husky man but i'm not sure if i want to go with a 880 or 3120. i hear the 880/088 is the better saw.

Yep, I bought it from Rob and picked up a new friend along the way. The saw looked like it came off the shelf at the dealer. Came with everything that it would come with from the dealer. I cant say how pleased I am with the purchase and how much respect I have for Rob.

To get that saw from a dealer, ported, and to your house would be around 2k bucks.

Its heavy for limbing but its sooo nice to have the power. The only time the weight is noticable to me is when I am limbing, when I am bucking or felling its cake, cept makoing the top cut to fell some trees (I am a top cut first guy).

Got a 41" woodsman pro from baileys due to be here tues.:blob2:

What a bunch of boasters! Well, I had to take down two sixty-foot tall, three foot thick Magnolias with an MS 210 and 16-inch bar, so laugh all you want. I think I may make enough money from this pine-in-the-swimming-pool job to move up to a big 20-inch saw. But the MS 210 is great for limbing.

How do you block down 3' trunk with 16" of bar?

For felling its a pain but hardly undoable.

Do you climb? If so the MS200T is the best climbing saw in MY opinion and others in the profession.

Best ground saw is probably an 044 for all around best saw IMO.

But I do like my 025, but I will replace it with a 026 (dunno what the dealer was thinking there, he had an 026 in stock but recommended the 025 to my 17 year old self.

Oh well live and learn.
