Nice looking Norwood 2000 at a fair/BIN price in Alabama. $5500 on Buy-It-Now.
IMO, $5k would be a more fair price, but it does have a couple extensions and some assorted tools. He does reserve the right to sell locally, might be worth contacting him to work a deal out.
It has a couple extensions with it. I would be interested in the extensions, if someone is interested in buying it and doesn't feel the need for the investment.
