Is there any difference in bars? As far as like Woodsman Pro bars are much higher then say Oregon.

The most obvious difference is the design of a bar made by Oregon and one made by windsor, the oregon has a 1 rivet nose, while the windsor has a 5 rivet nose, plus if you buy a Windsor bar you probably have one with stellite in the nose and I've got 2 of them that have stellite rails on them, which I dont think oregon features.

Plus oregon has a system called lubri-jet, which I'm told is a little oil hole that clogs up too easily and doesnt do a good job of lubricating the chain and nose, while windsor or woodsman pro have a better more effetive oil hole that doesnt get all clogged up with debris and cause problems like oregon's bar does.

The next thing that I think of is the price of a bar, I'm a windsor person, mainly because I have had excellant results with them, so I stay with them, but woodsman pro and cannon bars are very similar, and pretty pricey but from what I've heard pretty good, while oregon bars are cheap, that doesnt mean that they're good, I've never run a Tsumura bar, but I have heard good things about them too and they dont seem to be too expensive, GB bars are also good bars, and decently priced at that but I've never had one yet so I'm not going to comment on them much.

Please bear in mind that most of my information is what I have been told over time by others, except for the windsor bar data, which I have a few of.

woodsman pro and cannon are the same bar. The only differance is the label. I personally run the high end stihl bars.
