dingo controls sticking

Got a toro dingo 220 and the controls stick a little if I'm easing it around any thoughts? It's got an adjustment on the hydraulic block where the levers are mounted. ..

My 320d Control block was leaking so I put new seals in and everything is good now. possibly one of your seals is bad causing your problem.
