The plastic buckles would give me pause...It does look like some fine equipment, though. Unless you plan on working on your roof or out of an aerial device, you should consider selling that equipment and using the proceeds to buy some better climbing equipment.
As you can see from this search, the fall harnesses on the market are going pretty cheap, and yours seem to be of the older, less popular style. Not much value there.
