Fuel prices are getting the best of all of us. That's a fact. Here in E. Tn. it's gone up 10 cents/gal in the last week. Now i'm really worried. The freak over Iran says we're too selfish with oil and all and the current price of 119.00/barrel is very underpriced! Hmmm. We bout to get even more ars f%#@!%%.

I just have to wonder ,is it coincidence, conspiracy,or some sort of new world order that is the reason middle easterners own and run 90% of the gas stations here, all of the hotels and many, many resteraunts??

The fuel crunch is causing a serious spike in crime, and various other problems to boot. The American Farmer is borrowing more just to stay afloat, and is still sinking like a rock!!! Lord help 'em! Same with truckers!@

If it keeps spiralling out of control, w/o (unseen) Gov. intervention, i wonder how many more Newly weds will be carjacked, how many 90 yr old folks will be blugeoned to f@#$%$! death(for 22 dollars in jewelry),how many more single moms have to give up food for herself just so she can afford fuel to bring little johnny to the doc for treatment that her insurance won't even f%$#@!# touch anymore?????????:censored:

If the farmers and truckers go...America will go too. The farmers put food in our bellies and the truckers get it to us! Without em, it don't look pretty!!
Please pray for the country. This is serious stuff here! And we're all being held by the balls due to some greedy Saudi's!

Brazil found 400 billion barrel supply of oil offshore the other day. Man they are a strong ally, so our Government should be right on that and capitalize for the benefit of both countries!! But instead cable tv and games, etc. are more important for convicted murderers, etc. filling up the prisons and shrinking our wallets:censored: :censored: !

I'm right there with you. I know farmers, and I know truckers and both are struggling. Both say the same thing, I never thought I would see diesel costing more per gallon than gasoline! This is going to kill our economy. I drive an old diesel truck and its KILLING me. I am scared. Fuel is taking up more and more of my paycheck each week it's getting rediculous. the cost of living is more and more, and the cost of running a business and rising, and there is no money to help employees out (if the boss wanted to).. Who knows what this summer will bring, I wanted to go on a week long vacation but that probably will not happen.

The only ones that don't see the problem is billionaire politicians
they have the ability to get money from us but what happens
when we have had enough? I am there already may have to cash in
a 401 from my last job for thirteen years to avoid bankrupt for a while
longer! Problem is no candidate left has any plan to help, so I may just
be prolonging the inevitable. It ticks me off that they tax retirement,
it should be left the heck alone, greedy dern politicians!

I drive a company truck, on thier fuel bill, I just got a raise, we are working hourly now and I know their hourly rate has not changed. A big company, but still, it makes me wonder. It costs over $160 to fill up my old GMC 4x4., sure glad I don't drive it much. Time to start drilling bigtime up in Alaska, I guess.

It's been in my face all month. I've been driving between south and north Oregon looking for a home to buy, and just the past few days providing some estimates.

Today was the biggest guzzler day of all. The prices were a tad higher, but a strong wind was blowing from the south, as I was driving south.

Have a few more trips to deal with.

One thing was interesting about the Portand area. The traffic is heavier, but the places I need to go are not as far of a travel. So my fuel bill per month will actually decrease once we move back to Beaverton.

No hope for us lowly honest folks

The oil sheiks are dredging the seafloor to build islands resembling the world,a palm tree or building mega hotels on islands. They built them using insane amounts of money that we have contributed to their oil bags of wealth.

I am disabled, my business is belly up, and am making close to minimum wage with Soc. Sec. but, with wife's wages we do not qualify for help since we make a bit too much. Found out today the new housing program in MI- Save the Dream is a useless political tool. Will probably have to declare bankrupt from medical problems. Gas jumped $.10-15 overnight last night,Talk about price sticker shock!

Yet our glorious reps and sen. discuss parkland views and beach water testing:angry2:
Dems also want to tax oil Co. who make too much money (I agree they do) but they will only pass along the tax cost to us. Don't give tax breaks to Citgo and Chavez and at the same time tax the American Co..

Then Obama wants to ADD a $.50 tax per gal of gas so we are forced to start conserving.
Such brilliant ideas!!
Those that have to drive will probably conserve paying other bills instead. I sure would hate to be driving a fuel truck nowadays without a gun at least.

Washington need to wake up, we do not need added costs we NEED RELIEF!!! Join up with the Brazil fields.

Withhold some commodities we send to Mideast since they are holding back the oil! Force them to conserve a bit, who needs those stupid islands anyway except the commorants:clap:

Here in Vancouver, gas prices flucuate $.10 a litre ($.45/gal) constantly. Usually jumps up Friday night, then lowers in the middle of the night. High again on Sunday night. Tuesday is usually the cheapest day of the week.

The government here has implemented a carbon tax, essentially another gas tax, but this time has made it government revenue neutral by reducing the provincial income tax rate so that no extra money flows into the government coffers - yet. The new tax is being used as a social engineering technique to have people conserve on the use of oil.

In my opinion, thermal depolymerization is the answer. It is a process that uses heat and steam to produce crude oil from organic matter. There currently a plant in production next to the Butterball turkey plant in Missouri. Google Change The World Technologies.

While I appreciate all your loathings, you all have totally missed the mark concerning the root....

It's a worldwide Amish conspiracy. Duh! ;)
