they sell a full wrap for the 036, 361 on madsens web site. we've bought them for some of our 036's. they're pretty nice.

Those handles are made a guy named Erv at a company called Pro Safety. We still order them for folks. We don't catalog them anymore (due to lack of interest), they're really good handlebars and run $80.00. They'll fit either the 044,046,440, and 460.

At first glance, it looked like a full wrap from an 056, and not anything like a stock Stihl full wrap. I've got a full wrap on my 056 Super, and love it.

And to be honest, with all the links to ebay on this site, I didn't think twice about posting it here. I didn't mean to imply anything less than decent about him, and will think twice before posting an ebay link again.

I do not think stihl ever made a full wrap for the 046 so yes it would not look like the 3/4 wrap that Stihl has for the 046. I should by some of the Pro Safety handles as Stihl gets mint out of theirs. I promised a guy a new standard handle for his 046. I had to give Stihl nearly $60 for it.

As for posting ebay deals and screwjobs that is a good thing. Sometimes it is just good entertainment and sometimes it is helpful to steer away from crooks. I am currently dealing with one of those Nigerian deals where they want to send you a check for more than what is worth. My last email to him instructed him to send cash.

To my knowledge as well, they never made one for the 046, which is why this saw caught my eye like it did. And as far as Visionerre himself, I've had some email correspondance with him the past couple of days, and he really seems a pleasureable and aggreeable person to deal with.
