Log moved, cut closed a bit, pulled saw out, chain no move...Hmm, been there before, obviously crud jamed around sprocked...Loose bar, chain loose, no go. Try to take cover off..won't move...ah hell. let's quit and work on it in the shop.

In shop pry off cover using screw driver, finally get it off. Do a good clean up with air, chain still nice sharp so will reinstall...
How come the cover won't go back on? Front goes on but back sits way out at an angle... WTF?...

After 5 minutes of fooling with it, I get another installment of flat forhead by slapping it...Release the chain break and re-assemble.

Only excuse is that this is my Husky 51 my only saw with a working chain break. Didn't even think of it in the field.

I'm sorry but some people just shouldn't be allowed to run a saw:(

I bet nearly everyone has a day like that. If it happened every day, then I'd be worried.

I don't even have a chainbrake--no worries there, or toes. :)
