Has anyone seen any good deals on a 5100s?

Looks like Amick is the only one selling online.

Any dealers in the midwest marking the prices down from retail?

Dealer support is not that important to me unless a warranty issue would arise. I plan on doing most of the repairs myself

Thanks

I have seen with 16" b+c from $369-$409 depends on the dealer.

Where in Missouri are you? I have 2 Dolmar dealers within 12 miles of me. There is another abut 30 miles away.

The US prices are so low, that the exact details are not interesting over here, and that goes for all brands.........:chainsawguy: :chainsawguy:

I'm about 60 miles west of St. Louis, the 18" bar and 3/8 chain for $ 349 is a better price than I have been able to find.

Thanks for the info so far

I'd like to find the cheapest dealer that sells Dolmar as I am going to buy a 7900 before the months end. Anybody?

Cheapest Dolmar

I guess if AMick's is allowed to ship a Dolmar Mail-order then all the hype about no internet and mail-order Dolmar sales is useless?

I guess I'll get busy putting a couple hundred Dolmars on Ebay now. (Sarcasm)

Help me out on this one Scott.

I saw that he was close enough to swing in and pick the unit up. For grins and tickles I went to their ste and scoped out prices, etc. It sure looks to me that a person could order, pay for and receive a Dolmar saw right through the mail.

Jay, I do not know how Amick's gets away with a Internet store!!!!!!!!! My Dist had told me and it is in our dealer contract that we cannot sell Dolmar products via a Internet store. I Do sell saws to members here on AS but they are from my DEMO fleet and are technically not new. I do not try to undercut a dealer in another area I always ask if they tried to locate a local dealer to buy from. But Yes Dolmar still has many areas that need good dealers. ALL SAWS I SELL VIA AS members or walk in's are gassed started and run. I WILL NOT SELL A SAW DRY WITHOUT TESTING!!!!!!! As far as my demo fleet I usually have numerous saws in my fleet in both the 5100 and 7900 as well as usually one in every other model and I do keep them in rotation and keep them fresh.

Not trying to start any problems here for members or others selling Dolmar saws.

Just trying to determine what would be a good price for a 5100s.

I thought a dealer might PM me with what he considers a fair price under
retail.

Or are Dolmar dealers like Stihl Dealers in my area and only sell retail price?
