One came in a few weeks ago.
I thought it'd be handy, but truthfully, if a tractor or zero turn can't get in there, likely that won't either.
The one that came in had regular style 3 blade mower deck. Did have taller clearance than a regular mower, but it'd still cause damage if a rock, stump, etc was hit with the blades.
Do they make one that has swing away blades like a bush hog?
I found one called the Brush Beadt that is supposed to have swing away blades. The issue with it is it has hydrostatic drive so lots of weight. Folks with them say once they are stuck, they are a bear to get out.
I thought I read where they recommend using them on dry form ground.
This thread got me to looking for a Dr with locking differential and pressurized oil system. I think for the type of woodlot I have, it would be quicker than the the hand held and would go just about anywhere I need to.
