Does anyone know if you can still get dual port muffler covers for 440 or 460 ?

Yeppers

Do need to do any card adjustments?

I put one on my 44 and had to richen it up a bit... You always gotta do that when you lose some of the exhaust compression to slow it down a bit dude...

It really woke it up dude. I was a little disappointed in the 44 when I first started using it honestly. It was probably a combination of it being a newer saw and me being so used to using old Hog Legs like the 056's. I'm happier than ever since I got the dual port muffler. If your looking for even a little more, get the big block conversion kit from Bailey's, that'll give you almost another .5hp dude. Great saw though. Probably one of the nicest I've ever run. The 44 will definitely be a legend... ;)
