The 750 Echo had a rinky dink felling dog untill fellow fourm member and Echo nut Bob Wright made me a custom H-D clutch cover so I could add a clutch side spike. I added a set of Stihl 66 felling dogs. I thougt it came out nice and yes I know they are on upside down, the bottom spike will be shortened if need be. The picture does no justice to Bob's work believe me.

Looks good. Remember you can hold the saw upside down just should not hold it backwards.;) I was amazed at the tiny spikes on my 750's. Good saws, look better with adult sized spikes. Good job to both of you.

Im right up the road in 'vernon

Butch, if you are talking Mt. Vernon or live near Pacemakers raceway. You are about 1 1/2 hour drive from woodjunkies gtg's. Just shoot straight up Rt.13. I live at the halfway mark between both locations.

Pacemakers? whats that?:hmm3grin2orange: If I stand up and look out the window Id be looking right down the track.

I have driven thru a couple of times, I'm not very familiar with the area. There seems to be a lot of people from Ohio on here. If I look out my window I see I-70, sometimes it it like a race track.:D
I've been thinking about casting some clutch covers for certain saws I cannot seem to find them for. Just have to find the time and dust off the smelter. Do not see happening anytime soon but it will eventually.
