do any employers read books about leadership, relationship, communication with the focus of helping employees? example authors like John Maxwell and Dale Carnegie? employers are always reading up on how to better the business by learnign new methods, but who takes the time to better the bonds of the company? what books do you read?

Treeco, that is a pretty good book. I have read it a few times over the years.

ironically, that was the book i was referring to. i had to read it in college for a communications class- didn't get much out of it. once i graduated, i read it twice in a month and learned so much more. all employers and business men should read that book, people will want to work better if they feel appreciated. my relationships grew exponentially at the resturaunt i was working at... too bad my employer there was not wanting to take the time to listen
