End of year thank you's

Does anyone ever sent out end of the year thank you letters/cards to their customers? I know its kinda early yet..but..is it worth the postage etc.. to send em' out..partly to honestly be thankful for their business..and partially to kinda encourage future business and/or referrals?

Send them a great wall calender every year.

We just send Christmas cards, we always get calls after the first of the year and the customer thanks us for the card and asks us to come take a look at something.

I'm ordering 75 cards from Audubon to send to the best of the best. Hope the feedback is like kenner's; the phone ringing in january is a welcome sound.

I've considered doing this as well. Didn't know if anyone had tried it/ and or had success with it. Guess I'll be ordering up some cards this year.
