Finally switched from the old vermeer pro tooth to
the new yellow jackets.http://www.vermeer.com/vcom/EnvironmentalEquipment/Model.jsp?PrdlnID=3610&ModID=112078

I am very impressed with the way they cut so far .
First 4 stumps were 3 nasty Norfolk islands ,and 1 big bell bottomed slash
pine.
Cut them all much better than the other teeth ever did.

I don't know how they are going to hold up to river rock yet ,as all 4 of the stumps I cut so far were big and ugly ,but at least were clean.Just stumps and dirt.

All I have is a little 252 with 25hp koeler, but it surer pepped the lil dude up a notch.

Anybody else tried them yet?

Wait til you try the sandvik setup!! :greenchainsaw:

I put greenteeth on my Rayco 1625 and it did very well for a small machine. They are very similar to yellowjacket teeth.

I now have 60 hp and the sandvik duradisk and it's MANY times faster than that small machine. Buddy of mine with tow-behind vermeer w/ super teeth was impressed with the sandvik.
