Ergolite Spartan harness

Hi Guys,

Picked up this harness last year and used it a few times after trying a friends Ergolite and liked it. I just tried it on again today because it bothers me that a $400 harness is just sitting around but it just digs in to my hips to the point where it is unbearable. I have adjusted it several times but can't seem to find a position that is comfortable. Does anyone else have issues with this?

I currently climb in a treemotion lite and love how it feels, the only downside to it is that it does not have buckles and can be a pain to get on sometimes especially in the winter when you are geared up in winter clothes.

Are the D rings right at your hip bone or in front of the hip bone?
Digs in when hanging from bridge or the side D rings?

Saddles are often uncomfortable from the waist being set too small.

The D-Rings are in front of my hip bones... Digs in when hanging from bridge and the side rings... It seems like it's pulling the whole belt in to my sides since the D's are towards the front. On the tree motion is seems like the d's are further back and therefore more of the pressure is spread out over the hips & back.
