F-Cube

Sherrill has a new cube at a very reasonable price. I just used it in the past week and was going to post how impressed I was with it.

Probably nothing beats the 3 or 5 gallon bucket for storing throw line, but I do like the more compact storage of the cubes. I tried the hampers that fold into compact round shapes and haven't been real impressed with them. They sort of work, but tangled line is still rather commn. The six or seven times I've thrown line from the Sherrill cube, I've yet to experience a single tangle. I can't imagine the F-cubes working better than this thing. And the Sherrill price is only $13 or $15 dollars.

The laundry hampers are cheaper, but they don't work as well and you certainly couldn't store more than one line in it. The Sherrill's cube will store more than one line with a separator (like you'd have in a bucket.)

Thanks Sherrill!!

Imagine away amigo.

Next to climbing footwear, throwline storage is my next fetish. Done it all. The Falteimer (translated - FoldingBucket) is one of the best expenditures I have made.

Quick, fast, day in, day out - get the F-Cube.;)

I just got the Faltheimer from Charly last week.....man that thing is AWESOME!!!! It IS worth the money! You can tell the thing is built well. I know someone who has the version from sherrill and the thing is sagging a lot now, even though it's only a few months old. I think the faltheimer will hold up, but I will have to get back to you on that one.

It's as nice as flaking into a 5 gallon bucket, but you can fold it up. Try that with a bucket!

these cubes look a bit exspensive i like too use gorilla buckets or tubs whatever there called £3 each and they dont break that easy ...

I just use a line tamer and flake my throw line into a coffee can. As much coffee as I drink I have an endless supply of them. and they reasonably sized to fit behind the seat of the truck.

I ordered my f cube last night for 57, but got a call this morning from fresco, they told me there price went up and now it was going to be 73, went ahead w/ it though, i hope its worth it..

Don't take BS from Fresco.

Great products but poor execution.

It took them almost 3 months to send a helmet. Be sure to tell them that the price increase is their problem, not yours.

In their defense, when I told them that, they were kind enough to forward my helmet on to Germany free of charge to me.

There are quite a few products I like that Sherrill just doesn't have. They DO have my favorite product......Customer Service.

BTW, the Fcube is worth it. Day to day maybe not always but if you travel, and don't always have the truck near, it is great. If you work in brushy areas, it will pay for itself in a day - EASY.

True, but there are other companies with goods from China, USA, Europe, even New Zealand that can ship when an order is placed.

Not trying to pick, just stating a fact. Plus, like I said, they DID make up for it.

Back to the cube.....get it. You won't regret it.;)
