Good point. Plan and execute for the best while never ever taking for granted what could possibly happen. So they clear 360 degrees for the stack but forget about the chain of events that drops the power lines nowhere near the stack.
Better than passing judgement, maybe I'll remember and try to look for that kind of possibility in what I do.
