fecon head advise needed

I ahve a 2008 bobcat t300 and was interested in buying a fecon mulching head. My local dealer has a slightly used 74 inch head. I was wondering with the width of the t300 being 79 inches would the 74 inch head work good or should I think about the 84inch head. Any help would be great.

I use the 74" on mine. Don't really notice the lack of full width of the machine because your not really working the machine like a lawn mower. Your always moving a few feet forward and then backing back up and repositioning and moving a few feet again. I think with the 84" you will find the cutter head to large for the machine.

I believe Fecon actully recommends that 74" cutter head for that machine that's why I have it anyways.
