File size help

Hi, I recently purchased the pole saw attachment for my stihl kombi, the chain is a 71 PM3 64. This is 1/4 pitch.. The dealer told me to sharpen it with a 5/32 file, the box the chain came in says 1/8 file.. which size should I use?? Wondering why the confusion.. thanks in advance!!

MS200T- 3/8"PM, .050 = 5/32" file

MS260- .325 RSC, .063 = 3/16" file

MS400 - 3/8” RSC, .050 = 13/64" file

MS261- 3/8" RSC, .050 = 13/64" file

Well IDK you sure about the chain size?

The 13 series Stihl chain which is 1/4 pitch gauge uses 5/32 and some file guides have both 1/4 and 3/8picco stamped into them. Maybe that instead of studying the packaging?

Got to love those 150's, do you have the timing advanced, and the exhaust opened up a bit?

Sold it. Tree guy wanted it.

Just the way it is here. Just saws to me and if someone wants worse then me, bye. 350 if I recall right was that #.

Was just muffler mod and carb fixed for full tuning.
