Firewood Bags / Wrapping Materials???

. Firewood is very hard to get into a bag...like stuffing a cat in a bag, just ain't happening without a fight .

Not if you know the trick. Stick wood in a metal bucket, pull bag over bucket, turn it over and remove bucket. Stuff a few more sticks into the center of the bundle and you're done.

That's what I use, but I'm low volume compered to most. Baling twine couple with a short 5" length of old garden hose for a carrying handle works for me. I usually wrap 8 to 10 logs to the bundle. Folks really like the hose handle and some even return them for recycling. But, you can't wrap more than 12 bundles per hour this way (at least I can't), especially in the heat of summer.
