Firewood identification

Anyone know exactly what kind this is? The guy told me oak but when I split it's red so I'm thinking red oak I'm not sure.

certainly oak...the leaf. But looking at the end grain, the rays are very prominent.

given the leaf and the bark, probably pin oak...maybe black oak. Both in the red oak group.

I was thinking pin oak, but I agree it is firewood,,
