You know how on the bar tip it says, "grease hourly"?
Could you have neglected to get up in the night and put grease in your bar tip?

When I was younger greasing my bar every hour was workable, at least to a certain extent. But now that I'm older I start off okay, but I just can't manage to keep it up. I sure don't want to burn up the tip of my bar.

Well i found if you lube your bar tip only while showering, and then lathering plenty, you tend to not burn up your tip as often..
