This is pretty close to the same thing I did with my 394xp years ago, save I left it a low top. Did the fitting in the carb a little different, I had this wee little pipe thread nipple I used and tapped that round boss that sticks up on the walbro carb. Worked a treat. Smudge of jb weld over the old pulse port. Fine way to keep an old saw going.
