I picked up some nice free cherry the other day, and the guy wanted his Big ole pin oak trimmed, pin oak, ugh. Dead branches cluttered the whole under canopy so bad I couldnt get my climbing line in, but whatever work is work and any day in a tree is a great day for me!

The best part, is i set up three more jobs from it. Old ladys just kept stopping by telling me they had a tree for me to cut down, what a great day!

It took me around 2 hrs, i got hung up in a couple places and there were hangers all over the place, and had to go back up because my line got stuck, still getting all the little tricks down. The brush pile below is only about 1/4 of what i took out.

Nice; you really brought out the beauty in that tree.

Not sure why it got raised so much; that made it less safe. but overall despite the aggravations pruning is very rewarding work.

Thanks, It does look a bit high in that picture doesn't it. I think it's the camra angle. the lower brances were all dead so i pretty much had to take them off.
