Has anyone ever left their chain bar cover on whilst starting their chainsaw? I left mine on the other day by accident. Since the chain brake was not on, it went flying about 30 feet. I had a good laugh and glad no one was cutting with me. The cover got messed up pretty good, but still works.

Nope, not yet. By "it still works," do you mean it will cover the sides of the bar now?:)

My dad has a habit of doing that..............I usually end up buying 2 or 3 new covers each year. :dizzy:

It's actually cheap entertainment............

I laughed for about five minutes straight...and still had a few laughs just thinking of the orange cover flying through the trees
