This is interesting. I should have had cereal and coffee for supper last night. I found an "easy" firewood tree that turned intothe tree from H---.http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/health/396362_stayyou19.html

A glass of pure orange juice after your workout is benificial for restoring muscle glycogen levels also.
There are lots of good things to say about curry. Studies have shown that the India population who use curry heavily have the lowest incidence of a altzemers disease in the world.

The best chicken I ever ate was curry chicken from a little black diner in Louisiana. So good it took me 30 years to get that recipe.:)

Sorry, but chicken just won't do when wood dosen't split. But I've found that about 1/2 dozen fresh home made tamale's will work wonders for your disposition. Don't know if they'd help split the wood, but you will feel better.

I love going to different restaurants and trying regional and cultural specialties but Indian food, like French food, just doesn't do anything for me. My neighbor brought me 3 ducks last night so they will be dinner Thursday. Costco has pork roast for under $2.00/lb. so that is set for Friday. Last night the wife bought 3 tickets for a crab feed next month. That is living!

tamales and beer... yum!

(well, i guess that'd be tamales and coffee for you... i don't think that combo help you split the wood either :hmm3grin2orange: )

Amen! Next Christmas my wife is commited to learn tamale making from a friend of hers, but... (whispering, she can't boil water without burning it). Ahem, we shall see.

Most energy bars will help too. I started carrying them after seeing a friend from this site do it. Great for working in the cold, the carbs warm you up a little. I like a couple of beers after work to loosen up the tense muscles but I do drink a lot of coffee during the day when I'm working. LOL, my guys look at me like I'm nuts when I buy a coffee for lunch at quicktrip when it's a hundred degrees outside. I'm a caffeine junky. A small dose of caffeine will do wonders for a headache. I never take aspirin or any other pain relievers, I just drink a cup of coffee.

My wife is just learning tamale making, and doing quite well at it. I just polished off 1/2 doz. when I posted earlier. I'm feeling pretty good right now.:)
